Steve Ouellette

Steve Ouellette is an Inner Loop, City of Houston resident.  For over 30 years, he has watched the restoration of inner loop neighborhoods. He lives in the heart of Houston Heights in a 94-year-old home and has a home in Historic Galveston, which is why he formed a team of licensed realtors, called Latitude 29 Group.

Steve’s passion is Pet Rescue & Adoption. He co-sponsors a monthly “Meet & Greet” at his property on Heights Blvd to facilitate the adoption of homeless dogs & cats.

“I’ve been able to participate in the adoption of thousands (45,000 over the past four years) of homeless pets through the good work of my neighbors and colleagues. Join us for the “Meet and Greet” on the first Saturday of each month in the 1100 block of Heights Blvd. You, too, can participate in saving these lives. Remember, a home for them and a home for you…it’s what we’re all about.”

Steve likes to spend his downtime with his family, usually outside, including jogging, biking near the Bayou, or watching the pelicans on his back porch in Galveston. He has two beautiful grandchildren.

Clay Conrad

Clay Conrad is a long-time resident of Galveston Island; he concentrates on the homes with character and promise. Clay’s background in property management, customer service, negotiation, and historic home restoration lets Clay advise buyers and represent sellers on some of the most beautiful homes in both Houston and Galveston.

For Clay, professional service is first and foremost. Clay’s career started in Hotel Operations Management, where customer satisfaction is the highest priority. Being the opening team leader at four new major hotels in the Houston/Austin area provided me with experience in negotiation and decision-making under pressure.  “My love for real estate was a natural transition from property management, and I began buying and renovating old historic homes. Building an excellent reputation among buyers, sellers, and contractors alike, I leaped into a full-time career in real estate. Real estate is not just my career but my passion.”
